Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your jewels. However, in the event that you would like to return a piece of jewellery, our returns policy couldn't be simpler.
We offer a 28 day return or exchange policy on pieces that are unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on the following products:
- For hygiene reasons, we do not refund earrings.
- Bespoke/ customised jewellery.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason why you want to make a return so we can identify and process your refund correctly.
Customers are responsible for return costs, including any VAT & customs that may apply. Please note we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping a return. We recommend you return your jewellery piece using tracked shipping in order to ensure it arrives safely with us.
Once returned items have been received and checked, we will issue a refund within 5-7 days via the original payment method. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmatory email
We are always sorry to hear that a piece is not right, however with our 28 day exchange policy you can exchange your piece and find the right one. Simply send us an email at email@example.com to arrange your exchange.
Customers are liable for the return post costs and will be charged shipping for the new item.
On the rare occasion an item is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and images of the defect. We will endeavour to offer either a replacement or refund.
